About me
Tim Fletcher, M.Ed., Ed.S., is Principal of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic School in Carmel, Indiana. He has more than 25 years of experience in education, including more than 20 years serving the Our Lady of Mount Carmel school community. His leadership focuses on Catholic identity and faith formation, student support systems, school improvement, teacher development, and the formation of the whole child. Tim is currently completing his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at Purdue University, where his research focuses on the experiences and support of new teachers in Catholic schools. He is passionate about helping Catholic schools build practical systems that allow every student to be known, supported, challenged, and formed in Christ.
