About me
Fr. Summerlin is no stranger to the Diocese of Lafayette. His home parish is St. Maria Goretti and he attended high school at Guerin Catholic. He attended St. John Vianney College Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota followed by Mundelein Seminary north of Chicago, Illinois. Fr. Summerlin was ordained a Priest in 2019. His initial assignment was at St.Elizabeth Seton in Carmel and then made his way to St. Boniface and St. Lawrence in Lafayette. Currently, he is the Chaplain at Central Catholic Jr./Sr. High and teaches Theology.
